Use "Forgot password?" on the login screen. Check Spam or Promotions if the reset link does not appear in your inbox.
Subscription
Settings will include Manage Subscription for Google Play access, cancellation, and restore after SHREDR launches.
Delete Account
See the account deletion instructions. Cancel Google Play billing separately if you are subscribed.
