01. Delete In The App
Sign in to SHREDR, open Settings, choose Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
02. Request By Email
Email shredrappsupport@gmail.com from your SHREDR account email. We may ask you to verify ownership.
03. Google Play Subscription
Deleting your SHREDR account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing. Cancel the subscription in Google Play before deleting your account.
Data Deleted
Your Firebase Authentication account, profile, workouts, runs, body statistics, progress-photo metadata, preferences, and SHREDR entitlement record are deleted when the process completes. Progress-photo image files stored on the current device are also removed when deletion is completed in the app.
